Email us your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

We'll reply with return instructions and the address.

Once received & inspected, your refund is issued in 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd like instead.
Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost — return shipping on us.
Non-returnable: for hygiene reasons, personal-care tools and final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
